WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As our Content Marketing Lead you will work directly with the CBO and core team to align marketing initiatives with product roadmaps and marketing trends, ensuring a unified approach and consistent messaging across our channels. Your focus will include:
Develop and implement a robust content marketing strategy focused on user acquisition of, engagement with, and retention of our products, including ArConnect.
Drive creation and publishing of high-quality, engaging content that speaks to our target audience, including social threads, blog posts, video, and other types of social media content.
Collaborate closely with our design team to ensure content aligns with our overall brand strategy and voice.
Stay up to date on industry trends to ensure impactful communication across channels.
Engage with and expand our community through consistent social media activity and innovative campaigns.
Regularly report on key performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Manage relationships with marketing agencies and media partners.
Manage community initiatives, cultivating relationships with users and influencers to foster a vibrant and supportive community around Community Labs and its products.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Proven content marketing, social media and community building experience.
Deep appreciation for blockchain technologies.
Exceptional creativity and the ability to imbue content with positive energy and intelligence.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex ideas and strategies clearly and effectively to internal teams, stakeholders, and external audiences.
Ability to leverage data insights to inform decision-making, including proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms (Amplitude, Looker, Superset) to measure campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies.
Ability to organize and maintain a content calendar and meet deadlines.
