WHAT IS COMMUNITY LABS? 

Community Labs (“CLabs” or “Company”) is a native software development company and venture studio focused on accelerating developer tools, use cases, and adoption of Arweave – a permanent storage blockchain. The Company is focused on developing foundational-level infrastructure for the next thousand founders and developers on Arweave. CLabs will develop products and tools in-house and support founders via the CLabs venture studio.  

Protocol.Land is one project emerging under the guidance of Community Labs. We're crafting Protocol.Land to revolutionize open-source collaboration on the Arweave blockchain. This partnership enables us to leverage expertise, support, and a shared vision, propelling Protocol.Land towards its mission of empowering developers worldwide.  The project is live, launched on 13th January 2024 and anticipating spinout from Community Labs by Q4 2024.

WHAT WILL YOU DO? 

As a Co-Founder, you will be joining our team with the goal to build and improve our existing product and help us go-to-market. You will be responsible for all activities throughout the development cycle: Ideation, Validation, Go to Market and Scale.

Responsibilities and Areas of Focus:

The primary job functions and responsibilities will revolve around driving business development, marketing, sales, and strategic partnerships. These key areas will be central to shaping the growth, adoption, and positioning of Protocol.Land.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

• Proven experience in developing new technologies and bringing them to market

• Sufficient technical exposure to understand code collaboration platforms and high level engineering details around it.

• Previous experience in working with high-performing engineering teams.

• Comfortable working in a remote environment, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Track record of contributing to the success of startups and/or small teams.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing landscape.
