In return, Community Labs will support founding teams through the product life cycle with both operational and technical resources as well as mentorship and coaching.

Clear value proposition - The initial step in our process is ideation, where we generate and refine ideas for potential projects or help fellows focus their vision for the ecosystem. The ideation phase is backed by a specific, user centric value proposition to ensure all bases are covered so fellows can start building confidently. 

Early adopter segments - Identifying early adopters is another key step in the early stages of our process. We allocate resources to seek out individuals in the Arweave ecosystem, web3 and beyond to solve pain points or improve on existing solutions.
